5×50 Challenge.

Run, walk, jog, cycle, swim (if you’re mad), ski, surf, row, crawl 5km a day for 50 days….a challenge set up in 2012 to improve people’s health and fitness which had participants in 42 countries in the first year and raised over £75,000 for good causes. Still going strong in 2014 there will be more videos to come for them.
